FAQ's


WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
-Typically, orders are processed within 7 business days
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Most items should be received within 3-4 weeks
from the fulfillment date  and there will be a delay for Holidays.
This is longer for International delivery.
WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?
-You can't track your order until you receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped (your order number is NOT your tracking number)
-If you've received your tracking number and still can't track your package please wait 7-10 days. It won't have any tracking info until it's in your Country.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in America, we also work with multiple vendors that are located in other countries such as China, Australia,
Germany, and United Kingdom.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
